Agile Project Manager | India (Cochin)


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Designing the project plan in close cooperation with businesses representatives.
  • Understand the project activities / tasks and break them down to the necessary level
  • Measure the progress and the performance of the activities owners as well as the overall project.
  • Define activities dependencies and attributes to allow reporting main KPI’s (Progress, Critical paths, project contributors workload, budget, …)
  • Follow up the project execution on a regular basis: Progress (overall, by owners), updates (for this purpose, he/she will keep close and regular reviews with activities owners).
  • Reporting on regular basis on the project progress: Provide weekly progress report (Progress, critical path, slacks, alerts, workloads, budget, …)
  • Job location would be Cochin, Kerala


Desired Candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a full time Project (Programme) Manager in a large organisation
  • At least 3 Projects and / or Programmes representing large values (5+ MUSD)
  • Preference for candidates who have worked on projects in industrial environments (Manufacturing, engineering, designing, customer services, IT, …)
  • Rigorous, well organized and keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable and familiar to be in close and frequent contact with various roles (business; technical, experts, …) contributors to the project.
  • Shows high interest and understanding in all activities within the project scope.
  • Comfortable presenting and reporting to Senior Managers the Project plan and its progress.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Should have PMI certification and/or equivalent would be an added advantage
  • Should have good professional knowledge of MS Project 2016 or later versions.
  • Should be an expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft VBA preferred.
